All eBooks sold through our webshop are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

How Fulfillment Works
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

You will receive:
A download link via email, and/or
immediate access to download the eBook from your customer account page.

Delivery is typically instant. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes due to payment processing or technical delays.

If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, please:
1. Check your spam/junk folder

Returns/ Refunds
Refunds are not possible after access or download.
