Delivery & Returns
How your order reaches you, and what happens if you change your mind.
01. Where we ship
We ship across Europe — all member states of the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. We currently don't ship beyond Europe.
02. Where your order ships from
Each item on Flavio's is sold and shipped directly by the Brand that makes it. When you order, your contract of sale is with that Brand, and the goods are shipped from the Brand's atelier or warehouse, which may be in Germany or another EU country, and occasionally beyond.
Goods will arrive in the Brand's own packaging, which may include their branding, inserts, or care notes. This is intentional: it's part of the experience of buying from a curated house. Your shipping confirmation, however, comes from Flavio's, with the carrier's tracking number — we coordinate and communicate delivery to you on the Brand's behalf.
03. Delivery times
Most orders are dispatched within five working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the origin and destination. The table below gives a rough guide.

The product page shows the expected dispatch time for that specific item. For made-to-order or hand-finished pieces, lead times can be longer — these are stated clearly on the product page. If your basket holds items from several Brands, they ship separately and may arrive at different times.
04. Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. For most EU orders, shipping starts at €9.
For deliveries to the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival, as these countries are outside the EU. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are payable by you, the recipient.
05. Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking link. If anything looks off — long delays, no movement, address issues — write to hello@flavios.store and we'll chase it for you with the Brand.
06. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw: Send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal by email to hello@flavios.store. We act as the Brand's agent and will pass your withdrawal on and guide the return. The full procedure and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you've designated, takes physical possession of the goods.
07. Returns process
If you'd like to return an item, here's how it works:
- Get in touch first. Email hello@flavios.store with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you the correct return address — this is usually the Brand's atelier rather than ours — and coordinate with the Brand for you.
- Pack the item. Use the original packaging where possible. Goods should be unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.
- Ship it back. You bear the direct cost of return, unless the item arrived faulty or wrongly described — see below. Choose a tracked service; we recommend keeping the receipt until the refund is processed.
- Refund. Once the Brand confirms receipt and condition, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days, on the Brand's behalf. The original delivery cost cannot be refunded.
For returns within the 14-day statutory window, the right of withdrawal applies (see above).
08. Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, in line with EU consumer law:
- Made-to-order or personalised pieces (e.g. monogrammed, custom-sized, or bespoke items).
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
These exceptions are clearly marked on the product page before you order.
09. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, write to us within 14 days of receipt. Photographs of the issue help us resolve it quickly. As the seller, the Brand carries the statutory warranty, but you deal only with us: we arrange it on your behalf.
In these cases the return shipping is covered, and you can choose between a replacement (if available), a repair (where appropriate), or a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected (see Terms & Conditions, section 08).
10. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of the Brand's receipt of the returned goods, provided the goods are in acceptable condition. Because we handle payment on the Brand's behalf, the refund reaches you through the same channel you paid by. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
