Right of Withdrawal
Your statutory right to change your mind — and exactly how to use it.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
01. Who your contract is with
When you order through flavios.store, your contract of sale is concluded directly with the brand that makes the product (the "Brand"). Flavio's acts as the Brand's commercial agent (Handelsvertreter). You exercise your right of withdrawal in respect of that contract with the Brand — and you may do so through us, acting on the Brand's behalf, as your single point of contact.
02. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days. It begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order delivered separately, or goods delivered in several lots or pieces, the period begins on the day you take possession of the last item, lot, or piece.
03. How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Fischer & Hasenohr GbR, acting as agent for the relevant Brand — by a clear statement of your decision (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You can do this by email to hello@flavios.store or by post to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also contact the relevant Brand directly. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
04. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, the Brand will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal on the Brand's behalf. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Because we handle payment on the Brand's behalf, the refund will in practice reach you through the same channel you paid by.
The Brand may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
05. Returning the goods
You must send back the goods to the address we provide in the return instructions — which is usually the Brand's atelier rather than ours — without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
06. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. monogrammed, custom-sized, or bespoke pieces).
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Where an exception applies, it is clearly marked on the product page before you order.
