Want to build muscle? Go Austrian!

This is about a drink that is having a run in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A drink, developed by a group of medical doctors, that we and most of our friends and colleagues now reach for daily. Because it does something useful. And it's far more premium than it's price tag gives away.

The thing is: Fitness isn't a personality. It's plumbing.

A man who trains isn't doing it to look good shirtless, or not only for that. He's doing maintenance on the machine he's stuck living inside for the next fifty or so years. Strength is what lets you carry your own bags, lift your kid over your head, sleep through the night instead of staring at the ceiling at 3 am. Skip it long enough, and the bill comes due.

None of that requires you to become a gym bro. It just requires showing up, doing the work, and most importantly eating (we say fueling) like you mean it.

Nutrition really is 75% of your workout plan.

Everybody loves talking about training methods. But the truth is, you can grind through every set in the gym and still get nothing out of it if you're not feeding the repair job afterward. Muscle doesn't grow in the gym. It grows on the couch, at your desk, asleep, using the protein you gave it earlier.

This is where Mucki earns its spot in the fridge.

You open the fridge, you grab it, you drink it walking back to your desk. That's the whole transaction. The best nutrition plan is the one you'll actually follow at 3pm on a bad day, not the elaborate one you follow for four days and then abandon.

It's also not junk - not at all. Mucki is built on Alpine milk and real Whey out of Salzburg, Austria. Yes the exact country that produced Schwarzenegger - the physical shorthand for "built" in America and all over the world. And while the colorful drink carton might not look too fancy it's actually a kind of superfood.

Not playing the chemist here. But Mucki (btw. Austrian lingo for "Muscle") has the highest Amino Acid Score in world - 198. An egg white, literally natural protein has a score of 100. Meaning the body uses every gram of the intake. The Whey protein in Mucki crushes that number, so your practically getting in almost twice the amount of the muscle building stuff. It's fermented also. And it tastes like something you'd choose on its own, not something you choke down because you have to. Yes, the brand now also offers the usual chocolate and vanilla flavors, which are still nice. But go for the real Whey products. That's the good stuff.

Most convenient food is convenient because someone cut a corner somewhere. This is one of the few times cutting the friction didn't mean cutting the quality. That's why we have an extra fridge now at the office just for Mucki.

The bottom line

Being strong isn't complicated. Eating enough protein isn't complicated either. The only hard part is doing it consistently when life is loud and busy. Stock the fridge with something that makes the right choice the easy one, and people will actually make it. I have one a day on top of a regular diet. I work out 2 or 3 times a week. I've done so for a bit over 18 months now. I am strong, I feel good and I look good.

This is also the only reason I am promoting this product. It's special, and ask my friends, I talk about it daily. So I reached out to their marketing and asked for a discount code. And here it is: apply "TOM15" to get 15% off (no minimum purchase amount). They deliver to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
