Our Concept
A small house for small luxury — the brands you'd find if you knew where to look.
A magazine you can shop from. Editorial in tone, careful in selection, personal in service.
What we are

Flavio's is a curated house. We bring together small luxury brands — independent ateliers, makers, and designers — and present them in one place, with care.
Most of the brands we carry are under-the-radar by choice. They make slowly, in small runs, often by hand. They don't shout. They tend to be the kind of names you only hear from someone who knows. Our job is to find them, vouch for them, and put them somewhere you can see them.
Why “House of High Culture”

Because we believe that menswear, tailoring, fine art, design, architecture, and literature live in the same room. They share a vocabulary — restraint, proportion, intention, longevity. We carry pieces that fit into that conversation, and we write about them in that register.
You won't find seasonal trends here. You'll find objects made carefully, by people who know their craft, that we'd be happy to keep ourselves.
How we curate

We choose every brand ourselves. None submit; we find them. The selection is personal — what we're drawn to, what we'd recommend to a friend, what fits the spirit of the house.
We don't carry hundreds of brands. We don't aim to. The size of the catalogue is part of the offer: less to look through, more to find.
How a purchase actually works

You discover the piece here, and you order it here. The sale itself, though, is with the brand that made it: Flavio's acts as the brand's agent, concluding the purchase in its name. In plain terms — the brand is your seller; we are the house that presents it and looks after everything around the sale.
What that means for you in practice: one window to discover through, one place to pay, one point of contact for any question or return. We handle the order, the payment, and the service. The brand makes the piece, ships it, and stands behind it.
The piece itself ships directly from the brand's atelier or warehouse — usually somewhere in Europe — in their own packaging. That's intentional. Half of the experience of buying from a small maker is the way they wrap it. We don't want to take that away from you, or from them.
In short — who does what
What we don't do

We don't run sales, don't chase trends, don't put up banners that try to convert you in the next eleven minutes. We don't carry brands we wouldn't wear, read, or hang on a wall ourselves.
We are, in the technical sense, a marketplace — the brands are the sellers, and we present and sell on their behalf. But the curation is ours, the window is ours, and the editorial voice is ours. The brands are partners we've chosen, not vendors who've chosen us.
Who's behind it

Flavio's is a small operation. Two of us run it: Tom Lothar Manfred Fischer and Max Johann Hubert Hasenohr. We split our time between Vienna, Berlin, and wherever a new brand happens to be — the search is part of the work.
If you write to hello@flavios.store, one of us will write back. That's not a service promise; that's just how small a house this is.
