Flavio's operates an online marketplace that presents and sells products on behalf of independent brands (the "Brands"). Flavio's acts as a commercial agent (Handelsvertreter) in the name of and on behalf of these Brands; the contract of sale for any product is concluded directly between the customer and the relevant Brand. The seller of each product is identified on the respective product page and at checkout.
